Terms, Refunds & Cancellations

These terms apply to the design services sold on this website by DSD Staging & Design LLC (“we,” “us”): virtual room design, in-person styling sessions and in-person paint color consultations. Real estate services are provided separately by Cory Laurita, Realtor® with eXp Realty.

What we offer

Custom Virtual Room Design Package ($325): a one-room design delivered as a PDF by email.
In-person styling sessions ($125/hour, 2-hour minimum): in your home in Denver, Aurora, Centennial & Parker.
In-person paint color consultations ($175 one room, $295 up to three spaces, $495 whole home): interior spaces only, in Denver, Aurora, Centennial & Parker.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. The price you see when you pay is the price you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Virtual room design: delivery, returns and refunds

This is a digital product delivered by email as a PDF. No physical items are shipped.
Delivery generally happens within three weeks of receiving your discovery call, room photos and measurements. It can take longer depending on workload, and we’ll keep you updated.
Because each design is made to order, virtual design packages are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Every package includes one round of edits to your design. Send your requested changes together in one message, and we’ll update your design.
You are responsible for implementing the design in your space. The design may not be resold and remains the property of DSD Staging & Design LLC.
The shoppable product list may contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

In-person visits: cancellation and refunds

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit: full refund, or a free reschedule.
Inside 24 hours: a 50% fee applies.
No-shows or locked-out visits: charged in full.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll get a full refund or your choice of a new time.
Please provide the correct address and make sure the space is accessible at your booked time.

Payment problems and disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at Cory@designersellsdenver.com or 303.725.0094. We’ll respond and work to resolve it promptly. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to post them.

Results and liability

Design is personal, and we can’t guarantee that a design, color or arrangement will suit your taste, your lighting or your budget. Paint colors look different on every wall and screen, so we recommend testing samples before painting. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
